ReplyDeleteMr Byansi, true IT is a necessity in all organisations. One worry though is the digital gap and the fact that developing countries like Uganda cannot afford much of the technology. Ultimately, we in developing countries are forced to adopt technologies we hardly understand - we try but then as we around understanding one technology, many more are already on the market to replace it. In that way, we are controlled by the developers of technologies. So, what do you suggest we should do?
