Executive Summary. This study aims to expand the scholarly knowledge on the protection of intellectual properties, creations and ideals of human beings that are intangible but can in turn be sold, bought and owned. There are a number of forms of intellectual properties majorly presented as trademarks, patents, copyrights and so on. The intellectual law is widely used to accord inventors the right of ownership, distribution, usage and profiting and also guide other interested parties on how to access, modify and preserve the format of the properties as being used for their benefit.
